I HATE cooking bacon. There IS an easier solution to this love/hate affair. This is GREAT for Christmas morning when you are busy and don't want to be standing over a stove.
BAKE IT!
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Line a cookie sheet that has a small lip to it to ensure no grease spills with Tin foil. Place your Bacon on the sheet making sure they do not touch.
Bake it on the middle rack from anywhere from 8 mins to 12 mins depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
It should easily peal off.
Then, ENJOY!
It doesn't get much easier then that. The only clean up is waiting till the cookie sheet is cool enough to throw away the tin foil.
